Refunds
BellaHaven™ refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all original accessories to be accepted. Once we have received & inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email regarding your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 2 to 5 business days. Once we have shipped an order, the delivery address cannot be updated and if the delivery fails because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. Orders not delivered after two months in transit qualify for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at infobellahaven@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BellaHaven™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BellaHaven™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
